E.T. Education Services Sdn Bhd (ETES) was set up in 1987 for the purpose of providing counselling and placement for students wanting to study overseas. Our founder, Mr. E.T. Gan has been in the education industry for almost 40 years as a teacher, college principal and now consultant.

We are specialists in the secondary school market, representing many top secondary independent schools, some on an exclusive basis. We provide in-depth and first-hand information about the schools. We give advice and counselling, with an impartial and independent view suited to establish the best education option for students. ETES has placed thousands of students over the last 20 years and is widely regarded as the leading voice on Secondary Schools in Australia.

	Mr. E.T. Gan Managing Director Mr. E.T. Gan is a graduate of the University of Sydney. He started his career as a teacher where he taught Biology and Chemistry in Sydney and Malaysia for 15 years. A passionate academician, he naturally moved up the ranks to be the Vice Principal of Ganella College and Principal of Sarjana. In 1987, he founded ETES to provide for the growing education needs of Malaysians wanting to study overseas, especially Australia. In Malaysia, Mr. Gan is widely accepted as the leading education advisor on secondary schools in Australia with 40 years experience in the education industry.

	Matthew Gan Director Matthew is a Business graduate from Australia, Central Queensland University. As a counselor, he brings with him years of experience in dealing with student assessments, study options and career counseling. He has personally visited many schools and institutions throughout Australia and Switzerland and has intricate knowledge of various education systems in these countries. A certified NLP and Personality Profiling Practitioner, he uses various tools, methodologies and knowledge to counsel and help students to make better choices in their academic and even professional pursuits. He is also pioneering new products and programs in Personal Development for students and young adults.

	Brenda Lam Marketing Director Brenda has more than 8 years working experience in the marketing field mainly in consumer health products and banking. Prior to joining ETES, she was a Marketing Manager in an international bank. Brenda obtained a Scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business Management, from Drake University, United States. She subsequently pursued her MBA specializing in Sales and Marketing at the same university and graduated in 1997. She has personally visited most of the renowned schools in Australia and a certified CREDO Personality Profiling Counsellor, she also assist in advising students on the study options and enrolment processes in Australia.

	Mdm. Lim Finance and Operations Manager Mdm. Lim’s working experience spans over 35 years. She has an extensive background as a teacher, lecturer, researcher, editor and trainer in writing and editing skills. Prior to her return from Australia, she worked as a part-time demonstrator for Biology practicals in the University of Sydney and University of New South Wales while pursuing her master’s degree at the University of Sydney. She joined ETES in 1997.
