The Kilmore International School's focus is on academic achievement - for the past 15 years 100% of our graduates have gained entrance into universities of their choice. Graduates of Kilmore have been accepted into prestigious universities throughout Australia and the world including Oxford University, The University of Cambridge, The London School of Economics & Political Science, Imperial College, Yale University, University of Toronto (Canada), The University of Melbourne (Aust), University of New South Wales (Aust) and The Australian National University etc. The school offers small class sizes, even though we have the largest number of IB students in Australia and the variety of subjects offered is the largest in Australia. There are currently 27 IB examiners from the team of highly qualified teaching staff, this is considered to be an extremely high percentage worldwide. The students are in a safe, caring boarding environment. We offer a large range of languages, both as a first language and as a second language including English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Hindi, French and German. TKIS is an accredited SAT test centre and provides an SAT preparation program. We also administer the admission tests for Oxford and Cambridge Universities.
